Exodus 10:16-29

“I have sinned against the LORD and against you.  Now forgive my sin once more and pray to the Lord your God to take this deadly plague away from me.”These are good words from Pharoah if there was reality in what he said.  However, the moment there was respite he hardened his heart and changed his mind.  Many a man in a situation of crises is willing to say, “I have sinned!” and then when it is over go on as if it were not even said.  Have you been like that?  Are you even now like that?
The next situation was darkness over Egypt.  Now Pharoah and the Egyptians were in total separation from Israel as God’s people.  Pharoah now offers a compromise.  “You may go and offer a sacrifice, but don’t take your herds of sheep and cattle.”  Moses is adamant. “Not a hoof will be left behind.”  Do we go all the way with God? (time, money, material & family) Anything short of that is too little.  Pharoah with his hard heart wanted to distance himself from Moses and said, “I don’t want to see your face anymore!”  Moses answered, “You shall not see my face any more.”
