As Paul begins this letter, God inspires him to write of the exclusive benefits (spiritual blessings) of those who are “in Christ” or saved.

1.  Positions – saints, chosen
2.  Privileges – holy, without blame, predestinated, accepted
3.  Promises – grace, peace

These exclusive benefits are to the “faithful in Christ Jesus”.  This phrase means those who have put their faith exclusively in Christ Jesus.  This is the only “true” faith.  Forsaking  All  I  Trust  Him!  Salvation comes by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. He is the way, the truth and the life.  No one can come to the Father except through Him.  But for those who do put their faith in Christ alone there are spiritual blessings that are for members only!  Receive the Lord Jesus and trust in Him alone as your Savior!  Rejoice in the special blessings that come through Him!  Recruit others to join the club
