Our first verse in question (verse 11) states, "The Lord gave the word; great was the company of those who published it." I feel privileged to have been part of this for about 58 years.  Now by this I mean preaching it, although for 39 years I was a part of a publishing company that sent literature all over the world.
David says of God that He is the God of our salvation.  He called Him even though He didn't know about Christ as we know Him throughout the New Testament. This very Creator God would take upon Himself a human body and become our Lord Jesus for the purpose of saving us from our sins.  There is a phrase in Hebrews 1:3. When He had by Himself purged our sins sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high which fulfills Psalm 110:1. David again said the LORD said unto my Lord (mine to) sit at my right hand until I (God the Father) makes your enemies your footstool.
