Use Spiritual Gifts Correctly! – 1 Corinthians 12:12-20
One area that was causing contention was the misuse of spiritual gifts. Paul gave principles for the correct and wise use of spiritual gifts in the church.
1. Equality – all members have gifts that are necessary and valuable.
2. Diversity – all members have a distinct role and function in which to use their gift.
3. Unity – all members work their individual gifts together for the benefit and efficiency of the whole.
Body life and health depend on these three principles. Discover, develop and distribute my gifts using these principles today. Be grateful for all the gifts. Be attentive to different needs in the body.
